"Had a good feeling, and they handled it fast"
I had an issue come up and just had a gut feeling they’d be able to sort it out without much hassle. Sure enough, they got back to me quickly and fixed everything faster than I expected. Really appreciated the smooth experience

"The pictures turned out alright, but..."
The pictures turned out alright, but... the photographer at the school seemed really rushed and not all that friendly. My kid said they barely got any direction, so the whole thing felt a little awkward.
I get that picture day is probably hectic, but still... a bit more patience would’ve gone a long way. For what we paid, I expected a better attitude and a little more care

"Code worked every time"
I had no problems with it at all. The access code worked every time I needed it, which is exactly how it should be. If a company is going to sell something like this, it’s only right that it works without hassle, and thankfully this one did.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I thought this was a fair package for what I paid, and the shipping cost wasn’t bad either, so overall I felt like it was a decent value and I didn’t really have anything to complain about.

"Download showed up fast"
I ordered a digital download from Leonard's and it came through in my email quickly. The link worked fine, and I didn’t have any issues getting the file downloaded. The only small thing was that the email landed in my spam folder at first, so I had to dig around for it a bit. Other than that, everything was totally fine.

"Yearbook showed up way later than expected"
The yearbook took months to arrive, and there really weren’t any clear updates along the way. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it just felt like nobody knew what was going on or when it would actually show up.

"I’m giving 2 stars because the order..."
I’m giving 2 stars because the order did at least arrive, but it wasn’t really what I chose. One item came in the wrong size and another item was missing completely. I reached out to customer service and they did respond eventually, but it felt like I was being passed around a bit and still had to do most of the sorting out myself. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just frustrating and more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Not many pose or background choices"
I ordered from leonards.com and it was about what I expected, just okay. The site worked fine, but the pose options felt really limited and kind of old fashioned. I was hoping there would be more to choose from instead of picking around the same basic look.
The backgrounds weren’t great either. Some looked too plain, and others just didn’t really fit the photo. For the price, I expected a bit more variety. It’s fine if you just need a basic picture, but I wasn’t really that happy with how it turned out

"Photos actually came out great"
I ordered from leonards.com and, the photos turned out really nice. I’m always a little skeptical with online photo orders because somehow the preview looks fine and then the final print shows up dark, blurry, or just weird for no reason. But these actually looked clear, the colors were good, and they matched the preview closely. The whole ordering process was simple too, which is always appreciated because I do not have the patience for a complicated checkout just to print some pictures. Overall, they came out good and I don’t really have anything to complain about.

I ordered some printed cards from Leonard's, they came out better than I expected. I was in a relaxed but slightly nervous mood when I placed the order, mostly because I wasn’t sure how the final prints would look.
The colors ended up looking clean and bright without being dull, and the text was nice and sharp. I was especially worried a couple of the photos might come out a little fuzzy, but they actually looked good when I saw them in person.
Overall, I’m happy with how everything turned out. The ordering process was easy, nothing weird happened when it arrived, and I’d definitely use them again

I ordered the digital images and was really happy with how they turned out. The photos were clear and sharp, the colors looked natural, and the download process was simple. Ordering from leonards.com was straightforward. I found what I was looking for without much digging, and checkout went through fine.
